一、项目简介
华中科技大学高级工商管理硕士（EMBA）项目（以下简称“项目”）自2002年经国务院学位办批准设立以来，始终秉承“科商融合，产业报国”的办学理念，紧密围绕国家重大战略需求与经济发展主战场，依托学校深厚的科教资源和管理学院在交叉学科方面的扎实基础，汇聚全球优质智力资源，致力于培养具备链接能力（Linking）、点亮能力（Lightening）与引领能力（Leading）的未来科技型产业领袖。
办学20余年来，项目已形成“科商融合、道器兼工，中西交通、喻见至善”的特色人才培养体系，累计为社会输送了3800余名高层次管理人才。目前在校学生近500人，办学规模位居全国前列。
项目构建了“四位一体”的课程体系，涵盖“管理理论与工具”“战略领导力与决策”“前沿科技与商业”以及“人文素养与软实力锻造”四大模块。项目汇聚来自海内外知名高校、智库及优秀企业的师资力量，注重理论与实践结合，兼具国际视野，助力学生实现从经验管理向科学管理的跃升，从课堂学习到实战应用的转化，全面提升认知水平、管理能力及产业实践能力。
项目充分发挥华中科技大学在科研资源与科技成果转化方面的优势，面向EMBA学生及校友开放高水平研究平台与成果资源。通过“前沿科技与商业”系列课程、“问渠·科商融合”实验室参访、科技成果路演及投融资对接等活动，帮助学生及时把握科技前沿动态，有效链接创新创业资源。
在生态构建方面，项目积极融入华中科技大学84万校友网络，每年组织200余场资源对接活动，如“华E创投”“华E招才”“问渠·卓越行动”等，为学生事业发展提供坚实支撑。产业链协会的设立进一步促进上下游资源整合与服务链构建，推动学生相互赋能、共同成长。

二、培养方式
类别：全日制。每月集中上课四天或分两个周末上课；
学习年限：学制2年，学习年限最长不超过4年（含休学）；
授课语言：汉语。
三、学业证书
修满规定的学分，通过学位论文答辩，符合授位条件者，可获得华中科技大学颁发的硕士毕业证书和学位证书。
四、申请条件及申请方式

申请者须同时满足以下基本条件：
1. 非中国籍公民，持有效外国护照；
2. 身心健康，品行端正，无违法犯罪记录，愿意遵守中国的法律法规及学校规章制度；
3. 已获得中国教育部认可的院校所授予的学士学位或具有同等学力，原则上毕业后有3年或以上管理工作经历；
4. 申请者汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩须达到5级180分或以上；
5. 年龄在45岁及以下。

I. Program Overview

Over two decades of development, HUST-EMBA has steadfastly upheld its educational philosophy, emphasizing "transcending cognitive boundaries, sharing management wisdom, aligning with value ecosystems, and fostering societal development."HUST-EMBA has cultivated over 3800 executive management elites for the society. At present, there are more than 500 EMBA students in school. And the quantity of enrollment ranks among the leading team in China.
HUST-EMBA has constructed a "four-in-one" curriculum system covering four major modules: "Management Theory and Tools," "Strategic Leadership and Decision-Making," "Frontier Technology and Business," and "Humanistic Qualities and Soft Skills Development." The program brings together faculty from renowned domestic and international universities, think tanks, and outstanding enterprises. It emphasizes the combination of theory and practice, possesses an international perspective, and assists students in achieving the leap from experiential management to scientific management, and the transformation from classroom learning to practical application, thereby comprehensively enhancing their cognitive level, management capabilities, and industrial practice abilities.

In terms of ecosystem building, the program actively integrates into HUST's extensive alumni network of 840,000 members. It organizes over 200 resource linking activities annually, such as "HUST-EMBA Venture Capital," " HUST-EMBA Talent Recruitment," and "Inquiry-Excellence Action," providing solid support for students' career development. II. Cultivation Mode
Category: full-time. Classes are held intensively for four days per month or over two weekends per month.
Study Period: The program duration is 2 years, with a maximum study period not exceeding 4 years (including leaves of absence).
Language of Instruction: Chinese.
III. Academic Certificates
Students who complete the required credits, pass the degree thesis defense, and meet the degree conferral requirements will receive the Master's graduation certificate and degree certificate awarded by Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
